Useful for troubleshooting, allows for you to pinpoint the page in which any errors occur.

Another alternative to creating a file for print, is to create a postscript file. This is done in the print menu, when choosing the printer. However, there is only a certain number of paper sizes when setting it for a certain printer. Adobe PDF 9.0, set up by Mike, takes away any restraints in paper sizes and printing options. After confirming any changes, clicking 'Save' will create a file ready to print, in exactly what will be displayed on the paper. For example, printing an A4 image on an A3 page will show the entire page, rather than just the image.
Acrobat Distiller will convert this file to a PDF.

Printing Duplicates
Save the original file as a PDF, then place into the new print document, in this case an A2 page. We then step and repeat, using the width and height in the toolbar as a guide.

If there are any typos, a better way of placing is to place the .indd file itself. Placing an InDesign file brings up some extra options, if you tick the import options.
