So I visited 30-34 Aire Street once again to visit Catalogue this time. I showed them my portfolio and had a chat about graduation and what to expect. They advised me to work hard to get the best out of my FMP and the end of year show. The things that were lacking in my portfolio was the range but they said it looked nice aesthetically.
BONUS: Got to speak to Jay Cover, a talented illustrator that shares the studio with Tom & Ollie. He had his input in my work and took an hour away to get involved which was really good of him.
I gave them a screen print each from my typeface specimen posters as a little thank you, and aim to send them through some questions for my design context later on.
